Abstract

The purpose of this study to know 1) Whether or not the difference in the success of students attend the PPL when viewed from the micro instruction. 2) Whether or not the difference in the success of PPL students follow the guidance of faculty in terms of how individual and group 3) Is there any interaction between the micro teaching and guidance teachers in influencing the success of students following the PPL. PPL and micro teaching taken with the teaching methods of documentation, guidance is for teachers of data taken with the experimental method. The results were processed using SPSS 17 shows that (1) The first hypothesis of the results obtained are 11.557 and 0.001 significance value is less than the specified alpha value, ie 0.05 means that Ho is rejected, it can be said there is a difference in student success among students who follow the PPL good microstructure and less value. (2) The second hypothesis results are 5.995 and 0.018 significance value is less than the specified alpha value, ie 0.05 means that Ho is rejected, it can be said there is a difference in student success in following students who received PPL between the group and individual counseling. (3) The third hypothesis the result is 0.649 and 0.424 significance value is greater than the specified alpha value, ie 0.05 means that Ho is accepted, it can be said there is no interaction between the micro with the guidance of faculty. Based on the average value (1) students who value good teaching has a value of micro-average – average of 8.08 is greater than the value of teaching students about good microstructure that is equal to 7.64. (2) students who mentored the group had a mean value – mean of 8.06 is greater than the students who led The Individual is 7.69. Conclusions in this study, the better micro teaching the more successful PPL, so also mentored students in the group PPL better, but there is no interaction between the micro teaching with faculty guidance.
